    We’re currently experiencing segmentation and analytics delays due to an infrastructure issue with our vendor AWS. This issue affects real-time audience syncing and may impact campaign and automation targeting. Sending is still operational, but audience accuracy may be affected. The AWS engineering team has identified the root cause and is actively working on resolving the issue.

    Our vendor AWS has scheduled patch fix for Nov. 7 at close of business to ensure sending isn't interrupted. Sending continues to be fully operational and data will be backfilled.

    This issue has been resolved. Segmentation and analytics are syncing normally. Data is currently backfilling, and segments and analytics will be up to date in the coming days. Sending is fully operational, customers should continue to proceed with campaigns and automations as usual.
