We've identified that the issue exists with the networking layer at our upstream provider. We're in touch with them to get the issue fixed, and will update here as soon as we know more.

Our upstream providers are applying fixes on their side of things, and though we're seeing some improvement, the overall application still remains down. Will update again soon.

The application is now up again, however some functionality is still not available, such as bank feeds. We're continuing to investigate and apply fixes.

Things are returning to normal in general, though we're still seeing some performance issues, and we have a significant backlog of jobs to reprocess following the outage.
