We are still monitoring the auto-scaler service in Heroku since it is still not working properly. We have an open ticket with their support about this issue and we are waiting for a clarification.

We had a problem with the service that we are using in Heroku (PaaS). This service is responsible to auto-scale our infrastructure that can't respond to all requests and start to enqueue the request. When it was detected we scale the system to respond to all requests again and we are in contact with the supplier to prevent that it happens again.
