We have identified a misconfiguration in TLS/SSL in one of our Load Balancers. After configuring it the application returned to connect. Edit - 22:23 (UTC) A few hours after the maintenance window we received some complaints regarding login issues. The most common pattern happened with users which not closed their browsers for a long time. Restarting the browser fixed the login issue with these users. In order to force all users to update their browser cookies, we've deployed a change which invalidates all active sessions, forcing everyone to login again.
