Our cloud provider has identified the problem and are working on a fix. Built-in retry functionality is currently helping mitigate the issue. Oct 16, 23:09:14 GMT+0 - Monitoring - We are beginning to see initial signs of recovery for the increased error rates. Oct 17, 00:48:18 GMT+0 - Monitoring - We are continuing to monitor error rates, work is ongoing to fully close out the issue. We are not seeing any impact to customer sync or connectors.
