We're looking into intermittent errors occurring on the pbs.org/tv site when users enter their sign-in code for the PBS App on Connected TV devices including: Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire, Android TV, Google TV, Samsung TV, VIZIO SmartCast TV, and Comcast/Xfinity TV. Users who encounter this error are unable to sign into the app and are unable to use the "get new code" option to get a working code. Since the issue is intermittent, it may not occur for all users, devices, or codes. We'll update this page as we learn more.

This incident has now been resolved. Any users who report an issue with their sign-in code at pbs.org/tv should try the "Get new code" option on their TV's app and continue to sign in with the new code at pbs.org/tv
