Marketpay, Benchmark, and Insight, and payscale.com platforms are currently experiencing an issue impacting the delivery of some automated platform emails to users - including password reset and new user invitation emails. Our engineering team is investigating and working to resolve with top priority. We are aware of an interruption affecting Marketpay due to an ongoing issue with Amazon Web Services (AWS), which is still experiencing some limited service disruptions. Many of the associated issues have been resolved, but we are continuing to monitor the situation and working closely with AWS to ensure full service restoration. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this issue.

Between 11:49 PM PDT on October 19 and 3:01 PM PDT on October 20, Marketpay experienced an interruption due to an issue with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Service has been fully restored, and systems are operating as expected. We will continue to monitor performance to ensure stability.
