We have noticed that emails are not being sent from Panorama as of 2PM ET yesterday, Oct 20th and are currently working with our email vendor to get this resolved. We will continue to provide updates here as the situation develops. If emails are not being received, surveys can still be completed via your district's survey link and the respondent's access code.

We have processed the backlog of email jobs, and email delivery is recovering. Some users may still experience slight delays in receiving emails as the remaining messages are processed. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will provide updates as needed.
