Status: Resolved A software issue caused delays in processing incoming emails this morning. Engineering addressed the issue, and the backlog cleared around 9:20am PDT. The incident has now been marked resolved. The impact was delayed processing; no dropped emails were found in the analysis. Between 8:00am and 9:30am PDT, some emails were delayed by more than five minutes. Engineering is completing follow-up checks on affected customers and emails that initially failed processing.
