    When performing auto entry into a Raisers Edge batch, PaperSave waits for the batch to be approved before we associate the documents to the gift record in RE. Due to a change in the BlackBaud API that process has not successful. This means that documents may not be appearing on gift records that have been created from an auto entry batch since the change occurred. We are still investigating when the Blackbaud change occurred as well as how to fix historical documents. Please note, your documents still exist within PaperSave for those gift batches that were approved, however they are not attached to the gift record at this time. The fix for batches moving forward has been identified and is currently being tested by our QA team. Assuming there are no issues identified during our testing, it will be deployed in the early morning EST hours tomorrow (11/8).

    The fix for batches moving forward has been deployed today morning and for any new Batches Auto entry should work successfully, However for the historical documents our team is actively working on, we would like to suggest you to open up a support ticket with us at https://support.pairsoft.com/ if you observe that old Gifts created through Auto entry are not showing attached documents.
