Ownr customers may receive frequent error messages as a result of a major outage at a cloud provider. We are working to restore functionality and will update when we have more information. Functionality has been restored to most services and we are seeing a significant reduction in error rates. We are continuing to monitor performance of all systems. Name requests for companies in British Columbia are not currently being processed due to the temporary closure of the BC Registries.

Name requests for companies in British Columbia are not currently being processed due to the temporary closure of the BC Registries. The closure is a result of ongoing job action affecting multiple government ministries. Note that numbered incorporations, companies with an existing approved named request, and any post-incorporation filings are not impacted. We apologize for the inconvenience and will update as new information becomes available.

The BC Registries have resumed normal operations. However, Ownr users should expect continued delays while the BC Registry processes their backlog of Name Requests.

We are currently experiencing issues processing requests for Nuans Reports. This will affect named corporation requests for Federal Corporations, Alberta Corporations, and Ontario Corporations. You can still proceed with your incorporation either by uploading a Nuans Report purchased outside of Ownr, or by switching to a numbered incorporation.

Nuans functionality has been restored. Any previously submitted requests have now been completed and affected customers can now proceed with their incorporation.

The CRA is currently experiencing an outage with their Business Registrations Online portal. This will prevent GST/HST and Payroll account registrations from being completed. Customers should expect significant delays with these requests.
