    Some customers have reported having an issue with the last step of paying for their order. If you manage to create an order, but fail to pay for it and the order ends up in a "Payment not received" state, you can complete that order by following these steps: 1 - Log into your OVHcloud Control Panel here: https://manager.us.ovhcloud.com 2 - Navigate to your orders page here: https://manager.us.ovhcloud.com/#/billing/orders/orders 3 - Click the 3 dots in the circle next to the order you want to complete 4 - Click on the "View order in HTML format" option in the pop-up 5 - You'll be in the Express Order Funnel with an URL similar to this: https://order.us.ovhcloud.com/en/express/#/instant/displayOrder?orderId=####### 6 - Click the large blue "Continue" button at the top or bottom of the page 7 - On the last page you'll confirm your payment method and click the blue "Pay" button to complete the order For any orders that have been created but were not paid for and you no longer want them or need them, they can be left alone without finalizing them and they will expire and drop off from the page after 30 days.
