    The internet line connecting the OSV Hub with the OSV main office went down and did not properly fail over to the backup line as it should have. This has caused all services that require communicating with the OSV main office to not work properly, including Online List Manager and the Address Validation service. We are working with AT&T to understand why this occurred and what we can do to ensure that this doesn't happen again.
