We are investigating an incident that is affecting Online List Manager, Address Validation, Envelopes, Billing and Radius websites.

The issue appears to stem from a problem with our internet line or connecting hardware between the OSV Hub and the OSV main office.

We have identified a hardware failure and are in the process of replacing it.

The Radius websites are back up and working, however we are still resolving the issue with the OSV Hub.

The failed hardware has been replaced and reconfigured. Everything is back up and running now.
