We identified an issue with our Assessment Analytics that caused a lag in processing new assignments. We have fixed the issue and we anticipate catching up and having all assessments updated by the end of today. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

While our fix is working the time to catch up from the lag is not progressing as quickly as we hoped. We will be monitoring the speed at which we are able to process requests and keep this page updated with information.

We have included a message within Otus to share this information with all users visiting Assessment Analytics "Currently, we are experiencing a delay in our Assessment Analytics data synchronization process. We have fixed the root cause and we are projecting that the data sync will be fully caught up sometime on Thursday, 9/21. We understand the importance of timely data for your instructional and administrative needs, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause. Our team is putting in extra effort to ensure that the data is up-to-date as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. We are still processing assessment data and while we are getting closer to being real-time we are not quite caught up. We are continuing to work on speeding up the process and will keep everyone up to date on our progress.
