At 11:38am ET we had a deployment that failed to retrieve environment snapshots, leading to API requests to the service failing with 401 authentication errors. We were alerted immediately, and begun to remediate. As of 12pm ET, all services are back to normal. There is no evidence of any data loss. We will update with a full incident report shortly.
