Between January 12 and January 19, the Send Message action in automations was affected by a regression introduced during a functionality extension. As a result, some enrollment executions failed with an unexpected error, and messages were not sent. **Impact**: Only automations using the Send Message action during this period were affected **Resolution**: A hotfix was deployed to production on January 19, resolving the issue and restoring normal execution of the Send Message action **Preventive measures**: To prevent similar issues in the future, we have added: - Dedicated monitoring to track the health of enrollment executions - Automated alerts to notify the engineering team immediately if unexpected execution errors occur
