We are currently investigating an issue affecting the Optimove site. Multiple pages that are related to Target Groups have a long loading time for some tenants. Affected pages: Manage Target Groups / Target Group Discovery / Customer Explorer This incident is limited to UI and site functionality. Campaign execution, daily processes, and API access remain fully functional and unaffected. We will provide updates as we learn more.

We identified the root cause for the extended opening time for Target Group-related pages in Optimove UI. We are currently working on mitigating the cause of the issue with top priority. More updates will be provided as we learn more.
