Our cloud provider, Amazon Web Services, is presently experiencing numerous service impacts in the us-east-1 region reportedly due to ‘impairment of several network devices.’ Our technical operations and customer success teams are closely monitoring this situation and are working with our infrastructure partners in their resolution paths. At the moment the impacts have only been minor.
