    We are aware of the ongoing global Cloudflare outage, which is currently affecting a number of online services across the internet. Due to this outage, our support team is unable to respond to tickets submitted via email or through the Support Portal at this time. Please note that you can still log queries as normal, and once Cloudflare services are fully restored, our team will begin responding as quickly as possible. Additionally, this incident may cause intermittent issues accessing call recordings within the Onsim Portal. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while the wider Cloudflare issue is resolved.

    We are seeing a service degradation on the platform which is causing subscribers to de-register from the network when attempting to make calls and unable to receive inbound calls. We are only aware of this impacting iPhone devices currently. This is impacting subscribers registrations, as well as those registered and attempting to make calls over the mobile network. Subscribers using Wifi calling will not be impacted at this time.

    We are aware of an issue affecting some customers’ ability to make and receive calls, sms and use mobile data as well as device registrations. This is due to a wider problem currently impacting EE’s infrastructure, which is itself being affected by the ongoing Cloudflare outage. Our team is monitoring the situation closely and we will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available. No action is required from customers at this time and we believe it is not affecting all customer. Further updates to follow

    Update: We are seeing a marked improvement in subscriber registrations and service is returning to normal. We are still waiting on confirmation from EE that this is resolved, and we will continue to monitor closely for any further impacts.

    No further reports of issues from ONSIM customers since the last update. Cloudflare have confirmed their systems are 'currently operating normally'. We are still waiting on confirmation from EE that this is resolved and we will continue to monitor closely for any further impact.
