    ISSUE DETECTED: We’ve identified an issue that will prevent Users from being added when a Team is selected in the 'Add Users' pop-up. In order to work around this issue, we recommend adding a User to a Team after inviting them. Our team is currently investigating this and we’ll share an update as soon as possible.

Our team is actively investigating this behavior, and we will share further updates as soon as they become available. In the meantime, we recommend adding a User to a Team after inviting them.

    ISSUE UPDATE : Our team has identified the cause of the issue that prevents Users from being added when a Team is selected in the "Add Users" pop-up. We are actively working on a fix and will deploy it as soon as possible. In the meantime, as a workaround, please add new Users first and then assign them to a Team. We will provide an update once the fix has been implemented.
