    Users attempting to access Elite platform via SAML/SSO, producer or audience, are receiving error message and unable to gain access. Issue is being actively worked by ON24 IT and Engineering teams at the highest priority. Non-SSO/SAML access is not impacted for producers or audience. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    This issue is resolved. Users attempting to access Elite platform via SAML/SSO, producer or audience, are able to access and no longer receiving error message.
