    ON24 is aware that some customers have reported delays in receiving event emails. Our initial investigation shows that the ON24 platform sent the emails on schedule, but the delay was caused by a particular spam filtering vendor. Further review indicates that the vendor has since resolved the issue, and emails are no longer delayed. ON24 will continue to monitor the situation to ensure strong relationships with all spam filtering vendors. Immediate ways to influence how systems handle incoming emails: 1. IT teams can add the ON24 Emails to their Allowlists. 2. Individuals can add the ON24 Emails to their Safe Senders list.
