Sending for SMS / MMS is working and the team is looking into the messages which did not get sent. Jan 4, 13:44 GMT Identified - The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented. Jan 4, 10:58 GMT Investigating - Our teams are investigating an issue impacting SMS and MMS sending. Currently Automation campaigns utilising SMS and / or MMS messaging are failing to send. No other channels like Email or Push are impacted and operate normal.

Welcome campaigns are processing as normal, while the backlog gets processed as well. We will provide further updates as progress is made. Nov 7, 10:46 GMT Investigating - Hello, Ometria has identified a potential issue causing data ingestion delays, which can result in delayed sending of welcome messages. All other areas are functioning as expected and no data is lost. Our engineering team is currently investigating the root cause and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will provide further updates as progress is made.
