We are aware of an issue affecting users of the iPad Secure Browser version 3.5.30. Our engineering teams have identified the issue and are actively working to release an update. At this time, we recommend delaying installation of version 3.5.30 until the updated release is available. All other versions of the iOS app are working as expected, this is only impacting iOS devices. We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.

We have released an updated version of the iPad Secure Browser (v3.5.34) that resolves the issue affecting users of version 3.5.30. Customers who delayed installing version 3.5.30 can now download and install the latest version. Customers who experienced issues with the previous release should update to version 3.5.34.
