We are currently investigating an issue affecting EA App games launch on GeForce NOW.

We are aware that some users might experience intermittent Crimson Desert crashes. We are working to resolve this issue.

The game is playable on GeForce NOW without RTX features. We are currently working with Perfect World Co., Ltd to resolve the issue and enable back RTX graphics features.

We are investigating an issue preventing some players from logging into Battle.net on GeForce NOW. Affected players can try to switch to the Battle.net client offline mode and then press "Go Online" button to login manually.

We are currently working with Beijing Perfect World Co., Ltd. to resolve an issue affecting NTE: Neverness to Everness where players cannot access or change in-game graphics settings.

The original cloud saves conflict issue was resolved. The drive error issue is being investigated. We continue working with Pocketpair Inc to resolve this issue.
