Hello, We’re currently investigating an issue affecting email delivery. For the time being, please disable your content compliance rules for Nightfall in Google Workspace until we confirm the issue has been resolved. As an immediate mitigation, we have also enabled bypass mode on our side so that: Emails are being delivered to intended recipients Outgoing emails are currently bypassed from scanning via Nightfall temporarily Please keep Email DLP / email compliance rules disabled for now while we complete remediation. We’re actively working on a full fix and will share another update shortly. Thank you for your patience.
Resolved — This incident is resolved. We have tested outgoing email and confirmed delivery is working normally again. Action required: If you disabled your content compliance rules for Nightfall in Google Workspace during this incident, please re-enable them now. Bypass mode has been removed on our side, and outbound email is being scanned as normal. Please note that emails sent during the bypass window were not scanned for DLP violations. We will follow up with a detailed impact summary and root cause analysis. Thank you for your patience.
