    We have identified an issue with an upstream email service provider. Customers may see email delivery failures if they have enable our email DLP service. Customers can temporarily disable the email compliance rule set as documented here: https://help.nightfall.ai/gmail/installation/content_compliance_rules/monitroring#content-compliance-rule

    The upstream vendor has identified an issue and mitigation work is currently underway.

    This issue originates with the upstream vendor and is likely due to AWS or Gmail.     We are now seeing increased traffic from the upstream vendor, and monitoring for stabilization of inbound email traffic.

    Inbound traffic has returned to normal and our internal monitoring indicates that delays and errors have subsided. The issue is now resolved.
