We recommend you disable the content compliance rules to avoid any new outgoing emails being delayed. Nightfall is executing a workflow to successfully deliver all delayed emails to the intended recipients. You need to keep the SMTP relay settings in your Google Workspace account enabled for Nightfall to successfully deliver these emails. Nightfall shall provide an update once all delayed emails are successfully delivered along with an update on when you can re-enable the content compliance rules.
