Amazon is continuing to troubleshoot this matter and has narrowed down the source of the AWS connectivity issues users are experiencing worldwide with multiple platforms and services. Several third party vendors Ensora ERX integrates with have been impacted, and we are seeing sporadic issues with connectivity, controlled substance signing, calling drug history, etc. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will continue to keep you updated as information comes available from AWS. You can also bookmark the AWS status page: https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status They are making attempts to mitigate the impact and are working towards a resolution presently.
