  1. investigating Apr 28, 2026, 01:04 AM UTC

The Network Nebraska router in Kearney experienced a card failure at approximately 5 PM CDT. Network Engineers troubleshot this extensively with on-site resources and vendor support and determined that a card must be replaced. At present time, connectivity to Scottsbluff is in a simplex state until this issue has been mitigated. There is no direct impact to member traffic at this time, traffic successfully failed over to redundant connections.
