Multiple sites, via Great Plains Communications, dropped yesterday from 9:35am to 11am, 11:35am to 11:37am, and 2:10pm to 2:50pm. GPC states that a core router within their network had issues forwarding traffic in a way that didn't allow for circuits to be rerouted automatically. They rebooted the router twice yesterday to resolve the issue and after the 2nd reboot they decided to perform emergency maintenance to replace the device. GPC completed that work early this morning. All sites have been stable since 3pm CT yesterday.
