We identified an issue affecting some customers from 15:48 BST until 16:08 BST. This issue has now been resolved. Some card transactions may be delayed. If your card was declined it is safe to retry payment. If your transaction was accepted, you should see the transaction in your Monzo app in the next few minutes. We are currently monitoring our systems closely for any further impact. We'll update you as soon as we know more, thank you for bearing with us.

We identified an issue affecting some customers from 15:48 BST until 15:52 BST. This issue has now been resolved and we believe there is no longer any further impact. Delayed transactions should now be visible within your app. If you have any issues, please get in touch with us in the app. Our customer support team is very busy right now but we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as we can.
