We’ve identified the issue which is causing issues for calls right now and we’re working on a fix. In the meantime, we can't answer support calls so if you need to contact us urgently, please use the in-app chat if possible. SMS texts were also briefly affected but we've now fixed this. We’ll post updates here as we know more.
