When sending emails from E&A in CRM and monday service, the error message "Email wasn't sent due to an issue on our end - please try again" is returned. Some users are also seeing the message “An administrator removed access to the Emails & Activities timeline. Only members can access it," blocking access to emails in the timeline and the email settings section. Our team is aware of this and is working to bring this back to normal.
