   We are continuing to investigate and monitor the environment. An emergency maintenance is scheduled shortly to complete works that aims to help improve the current situation and increase our ability to troubleshoot the workflow and email issues some customers are currently experiencing (https://status.ivanticloud.com/incidents/rh7nj7grcf2c).

   We are aware that a subset of customers are seeing issues with incoming email and are actively investigating this.

   This issue has been resolved. We are aware that a limited number of customers are experiencing separate, unrelated email issues, and we are working with them individually.
