    We have mitigated a power-related infrastructure issue that affected a subset of Azure services in Southeast Asia. Most services have recovered and are operating normally. A remaining issue affecting a single storage stamp is being tracked separately, and impacted customers are being communicated with through a dedicated tracking process.
