We are investigating reports relating to network processes in our EU infrastructure. At this time, it is believed to be related to the issue last week which saw some emails incorrectly quarantined. Mailflow processing times are not affected. We will provide a further update shortly.

Network traffic has remained normal since the fix implemented at 11:20 UTC. Between 10:20 (UTC) and 11:20 (UTC) some emails may have been incorrectly quarantined due to DNS related checks timing out. A very small percentage of emails were impacted. We advise partners to check their Quarantine Digests / Live Email Tracker to ensure they have released anything legitimate.
