    Users have reported an inability to price loans in OpenClose and Mortgage Access using the DecisionAssist pricing engine. Engineering is investigating this issue. Note, this does not impact pricing via PML (PriceMyLoan).

    Engineering is still investigating this issue. We are now able to search for pricing directly in admin.decisionassist.com, but not via OpenClose or Mortgage Access. As soon as we have more information, we will update you.

    Engineering is still working to resolve this issue. Users can now price loans in Mortgage Access, but may not be able to price loans in OpenClose. As soon as we have more information we will update you.

    Users are now able to price loans in OpenClose and Mortgage Access (using the DecisionAssist pricing engine). Note, this does not impact lenders using PML for pricing. NOTE: Publishing of today's rates is delayed because of this issue. We will provide an update on that as soon as possible.

    The DecisionAssist rates team has been able to publish about 90% of today's rates, so most pricing has been updated. As soon as this has been completed, we will update you further.
