Meridian has engineers are working on an issue affecting PMK customers using MzeroManage View Personnel services. The partial outage affects the ability to pull PMK scan records from the database in the dashboard. The issue also affects the ability to log-out of the dashboard. Logging into Manage View, PMK Reporting, PMK alerting, as well as viewing and managing employees in MzeroManage View are not affected. Other view customers such as MzeroPay and Lockers customers are not affected.
