Our Engineers have identified an issue regarding upstream SMS delivery via Meridian's 800 number and are working to resolve the issue.

After further investigation the issue is related to 800 number compliance rule changes for international messages and does not affect US domestic SMS delivery. We have closed the ticket while we work on updating our compliance for international messages.
