We've been alerted of upstream processing issues with TSYS that may affect a small subset of customers. The issue at TSYS started Saturday Oct 15 around noon eastern and continues through to Monday morning. Clients using MzeroPay with TSYS direct experiencing issue are advised to contact support.

We’ve received information that TSYS has yet to identify the source of the communication errors. We would also like to clarify that the issue is limited to the TSYS network error and does not affect other payment networks such as First Data, Evalon, Woldpay, Chase Paymentech, etc.
