We've received reports of an upstream incident with our voice call provider. The report indicates that some calls may be experiencing timeouts and/or one-way audio routing calls to the PSTN network since 7:30AM Eastern Time today. We are monitoring the situation and have been advised there will be another update in 4 hours.
