    We've received reports of an upstream incident with our voice call provider. The report indicates that some calls may be experiencing timeouts and/or one-way audio routing calls to the PSTN network since 7:30AM Eastern Time today. We are monitoring the situation and have been advised there will be another update in 4 hours.

    Our provider indicates no recent occurrences of this issue and we will continue to monitor in order to confirm resolution. We will provide another update shortly.

    Meridian is continuing to monitor updates from our upstream provider on the status of restoration of the voice calling. The ticket status remains as "recovering" and "monitoring."
