Regarding the slowdown on appointment scheduling, it was caused by several thousand simultaneous logins that caused a database slowdown that lasted about 5 minutes. While we are still investigating the initial cause, it coincided with several simultaneous SSO outages that may have pushed over thousands of users at the same time once they were resolved, thus creating a massive strain on the database when the system loaded all of those dashboards simultaneously.
