We have received intermittent reports of errors when logging in to the portal. We are investigating the reports, but most users appear to be able to log in without difficulty. In some cases, users have been able to log in after refreshing their browser. We will update again as soon as we have more information.

Our development team has identified that the issues reported by some users yesterday were related to a mass simultaneous import of appointments to our database during our normal peak user load time, as well as a recent back-end update to our auto-checkout processes. Our development team has made adjustments to optimize database resources, and is working on a back-end redesign to prevent future incidents.

The intermittent issue affecting some users has been resolved. Most Mend users have remained unaffected by the issue, and all users should now be able to log in successfully. Our development team is continuing to investigate the root cause to avoid future incidents.
