    One of our integration partners, NetDirector, is reporting an incident that they are currently working to resolve. They are reporting intermittent service outages and delays due to a widespread issue affecting the Domain Naming System (DNS) lookup that is beyond their control. Their team is monitoring the issue and working to aid in resolving it as quickly as possible. During this time, you may experience delays or intermittent failure with a NetDirector integration. This incident will only affect NetDirector integrations using a DNS related address. Direct IP connections should not be affected. We will update this incident when they have an update to provide.

    NetDirector has provided an update. "In the interest of time, we have proactively added an alternate DNS service while we wait for resolution from our primary vendor. We believe this has resolved the issue at this time. If you experience any connection issues going forward, please advise." We will resolve this when we hear more about a full resolution.
