Update #1: Our NetDirector Integration Partner is currently working towards resolving their issues. At this time, we do not have an ETA for resolution. We will continue to update you as we know more.

As of this time, the issue with NetDirector message/transaction processing delays has been resolved, they are currently processing any backlog of transactions that may exist, and their system is functioning as expected. NetDirector is still experiencing Email Exchange Issues. If you are attempting to communicate directly with them, please do so through your assigned Mend Implementation Specialist/Account Manager as they have other ways of communicating with them.

As previously reported, NetDirector messaging was resolved yesterday and all messages impacted have been reprocessed. NetDirector is now reporting their Email Exchange issue is resolved as well.
