Mend has been made aware of an issue with our SMS delivery vendor that is reporting issues with delivering messages to certain carriers, specifically T-Mobile. As a result of this issue, outbound messages to a subset of our Short code numbers may be impacted. The carrier is aware of this issue and investigating the root cause. We will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.
