    We are currently experiencing an issue with one of our upstream service providers that is affecting certain regions. As a result, some parts of our application may be unavailable for some users. At this time, members in affected regions may be unable to sign in (already-signed-in members are not affected), and the checkout process may not be functioning as expected.     We're currently experiencing a delay in performing certain recurring tasks due to an issue with our upstream provider. The following components are affected: - Renewal and deactivation of subscriptions - Delivery of scheduled posts - Delivery of retention offers These actions will be performed as soon as the upstream provider has fixed the incident.
