    A problem with user logins was identified at 10:20am PST. We are aware of the issue and have applied a temporary solution. As of 10:40am PST login access was restored. We are working on the permanent solution, which will be completed later today. Users should be able to access the site normally.

    Systems are operation with a temporary patch, final fix is still pending.

    The underlying issue has been addressed, and the temporary patch has been removed. Logins and student activity should be working properly.

    Full access to Membean is back up and running after a disruption lasting approximately 90 minutes Thank you so much for your patience today. We know how frustrating it is when technology doesn’t cooperate! The issue was caused by a massive, global internet outage affecting Cloudflare, which is a critical piece of infrastructure for websites all over the world. What happened? Cloudflare is a Content Delivery Network (CDN) that acts as a guard and relay for a huge portion of the internet. When their service went down, it caused a domino effect, leading to widespread access issues for countless services. Was Membean down? Membean’s core systems remained operational, but because Cloudflare was unable to direct users to our servers, the service was functionally unreachable for you during the outage period. We appreciate your understanding as we all navigate these unpredictable external events
